Founder & Director
Rameez Kaleem
Rameez has worked in reward for 20 years, both in-house and as a consultant. He has a wealth of experience in job architecture design, bonus/sales incentives, pay structures, and equal pay.
In 2015, he founded 3R Strategy to help more organisations build a culture of trust through pay transparency.

Juan has worked for over 15 years in consulting and corporate roles advising Boards, executives and HR leaders to drive engagement through effective reward and a valued employee experience.
He brings a business-focused approach to people issues as a result of broader experience leading start-ups and an MBA degree.

She has extensive experience in accounts, operations and event management and has worked closely with HR teams to drive business and financial growth.

Emma has been working in client-focused roles since the start of her career, helping businesses to communicate their values and policies to employees and customers through content.
She also has a copywriting diploma from the College of Media & Publishing which she has put to good use both in-house and as a freelancer.

Tashdid has been working in client-facing HR Analytical roles for 3+ years helping businesses to improve their processes in relation to their reward strategies.
He has a First-Class Honours degree in Economics with Business.

Lauren has worked in HR for over 7 years in a range of roles across recruitment, HR generalism and reward, in several different sectors including manufacturing and financial services.
She is CIPD qualified and has experience in job evaluation and benchmarking, ethnicity pay gap reporting and analysis of large data sets.
